Lesson 3 / FANBOYS [coordinating conjunctions] In this lesson you will learn to correctly Identify English FANBOYS [coordinating conjunctions] Write original sentences containing English FANBOYS [coordinating conjunctions] As part of this lesson, you will practice identifying the English FANBOYS [coordinating conjunctions] using your iPad application Pages. You can see an example at the bottom of this page. Step 1: Watch these two videos for homework. Step 2: Do the practice activities in these two links after you finish watching the videos. Step 3: In class, do the practice quiz activity. Step 4: Do the iPad 'drag and drop' activity. Your instructor will demonstrate. Step 5: Working together in pairs, learners will write 11 original sentences, two for each coordinating conjunction except for the conjunction, ‘for’, which is not commonly used today. For the 11 sentences, students should write one with a comma and one without. Step 6: Post your sentences as a comment on the class website. Present your sentences to the class!
